Thanksgiving is just a couple of weeks away and it’s time to start planning your menu. Join us Thursday, November 12th for a cooking class with chef Ricardo. He will show you how to make four traditional Thanksgiving dishes using only fresh ingredients: green bean casserole, Brussels sprouts salad, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes three ways. With this class and a little extra care, you can make your Thanksgiving side dishes the standouts on the table.
After the class you will enjoy a turkey breast cooked on the Big Green Egg with your side dishes.
