Sugo Restaurant and Tapas: Weekly Wine School by Region
Come join the Sugo family every Monday at Sugo John's Creek and Sugo Historic Roswell to taste and learn about your favorite wines from regions around the world. Regions will change bi-weekly so that you can taste and learn about different regions from all over the world. Your experience will start with a few tastes and end with in depth knowledge about the wine and region.
The wine tasting is $20 and includes a passing of tapas that pairs with three regional wines.
The wine tasting is from 6-8 pm. Each tasting of wine is accompanied by a detailed explanation of the wine. Schooling notes will include appellation, vintage and differentiating factors, grape selection, tasting notes, body and fullness, along with many other interesting facts about this specific wine. Tapas will be passed throughout the tasting so you can enjoy the delicious wine with our specialty Sugo tapas.

A tasting of 3 wines that change weekly for $5. Choose either the red or

Thursday - $9.95 Fresh Pasta Entree
Fresh handmade pasta featuring fresh seasonally and locally inspired
ingredients. Changes weekly to accommodate for local ingredients.
